Anti-corrosion knowledge of power equipment
Cleaning and anti-corrosion of electrical equipment is like "beauty" and "packaging" of electrical equipment, not only for aesthetics, but more importantly for safety and prolonging service life. A large number of power facilities (equipment) are exposed to the outdoors and are affected by the polluted environment and the atmosphere. The surface of the electric porcelain is seriously polluted, the surface of the metal frame is corroded and rusted, and the high-voltage oil injection equipment leaks, which will affect the civilized production of the enterprise at light, and the production at worst. Safety. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the power facilities (equipment) exposed outdoors to restore it to its normal appearance.
So how should power equipment be cleaned and anti-corrosion? Below I will share with you some key points!
1. Cable anti-corrosion
The cables should be protected by fire prevention measures, and the cables in the shaft should be coated with organic paint, and the coating thickness should be greater than 1.0 mm. The cable trenches and the perforations of the bends should also be blocked, including a fire blocking wall at a certain distance, to ensure that the cable will not spread in the event of a fire, and the fire should be controlled within a certain range.
2. Anticorrosion of metal frame of power equipment
AC equipment uses three colors of red, green and blue to represent the three phases of A, B and C. One is to paint the phase sequence color, which looks conspicuous. In addition, different equipment shells should be painted with different colors for anti-corrosion.
3. Coating and anti-corrosion of conductors and joints
The exposed current-carrying conductor joints should be coated with a layer of 0.5 mm thick power compound grease for packaging. This compound grease can be painted with different colors of red, green and yellow according to the phase sequence of the carrier fluid. Applying compound grease has three functions: ① it has the effect of reducing contact resistance; ② it has the function of anti-oxidation on the surface of the conductor or joint; ③ it has the function of sealing and anti-corrosion for the joint of the current-carrying joint. Therefore, it is suggested that the conductors, especially the current-carrying joints, should be coated with electric compound grease; for the electrified locomotive catenary, the whole line should be coated and packaged. When coating, pay attention to the different parts to be coated, and the type of power compound grease used is also different.
4. Select cables with anti-corrosion properties
A good start is half the battle, so power equipment should be run with better quality, anti-corrosion cables from the very beginning.
5. Anticorrosion of power grounding grid
The power grounding grid is an important device for the safe operation of the power grid. Due to the serious corrosion of the grounding grid, the damage to the grounding grid and the leads, a large number of accidents have occurred. According to investigations in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hubei, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan, etc. It rots every year, and it has rotted for 3 to 4 years, which affects the service life of the grounding grid and the operation safety of the power grid. The grounding grid is mostly buried in the soil with low carbon steel material, and its corrosion is related to the soil resistivity. Applying a layer of two-component conductive anti-corrosion coating on the flat iron of the grounding grid can achieve the dual effects of anti-corrosion and electrical conductivity. The consumption is only 2% to 3% of the total cost of the grounding grid material, and the service life can be doubled.
